Ok..this has always been an issue on these forums, but basically, in a nutshell, if you are a registered user and it will not let you log in, chances are cookies are disabled.
Go to internet explorer
go to tools
internet options
privacy tab
advanced
set to accept first and third party cookies
reload page and log in.
