ok...as we beging the new 10 man runs, there are some things that must be gone over. To be involved in our raids you MUST have the following (there is one person who is excluded from this list, and has been for a long time. The reasons for this person's exclusion are not to be questioned. He has been excluded for a long time now and has my permission)
You must have TS client - http://www.goteamspeak.com - I dont care if you talk, but you must be able to hear us on ts
One other thing to make clear - We will likely have more people than the run allows. We use a 'roll out' rule which basically goes down like this:
There are 12 people signed up for a 10 person run - we look at how many tanks and healers we have. we make sure that we have the minimum nuber of tanks / healers first. If we have too many then the people in the same class (ie healers) all roll. Low roll sits out for the night. If you roll out of a run, you will be allowed to automatically have a spot in the following weeks run.
